Sean Foley

A Charlotte native, Sean started his career at the Aveda Institute where upon graduating he worked for one of Charlotte’s top salons. After a few years honing his skills as a stylist he relocated to Washington DC where he spent 3 years working as an educator for Aveda and as a freelance artist. While in DC he worked with top photographers as an editorial stylist and had the amazing opportunity to work as lead hair designer for DC Fashion week two years in a row.

Now back in Charlotte, Sean is currently a senior stylist at Modern Salon and Spa. Since starting with Modern he is a hair cutting educator for the new talent division. He also won Aveda’s catwalk for water competition. Where upon winning he had the opportunity to attend a runway styling class at Aveda’s advanced academy and was then given the opportunity to work back stage at New York Fashion week.

Sean’s goals are to do more editorial and fashion work in the future and continue to grow his skills as an artist.
